Ellen Faber studied art in college, but it was only after much experimentation and travel that she fell in love with the spontaneity of watercolor and pastel. Her paintings have been shown in many juried and non-juried shows and are found in many private collections. Since moving to Cambridge, NY, where she resides with her husband, Steve, and their dog, Buster, she has painted many rural landscapes and local architecture.
